Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Executive Technology Support Specialist in Dallas to provide dedicated, high-touch technology support for senior leaders. This onsite role requires handling high-priority issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring minimal disruption to executive productivity and business operations.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting C-suite environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• Experience supporting executive leadership or C-suite preferred.
• Strong communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technology support for executive leadership at the Dallas office.
• Serve as primary contact for executive technology issues and manage ownership from request to resolution.
• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, software, peripherals, and conference room systems.
• Support executive meetings and high-profile events with discreet in-meeting assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
