Job summary
California State University, Fullerton seeks an Executive Technology Support Specialist II to provide high-touch technical support for the President's Office and designated executive spaces. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and AV issues, ensuring reliable technology for high-visibility meetings.
You will collaborate with IT teams, develop user guidance materials, and may lead small tech projects.
Qualifications
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues and providing guidance to users.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, high-touch technical support and consultation for executive leadership.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, including AV and conferencing systems.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure secure, reliable technology services for executive offices.
- Develop documentation and training materials for executive users and staff.
- Travel between multiple university locations as needed for support.
