Job summary

Elanco (NYSE: ELAN) is seeking an Executive IT Support Partner to deliver white-glove technology experiences for the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior executives at the Indianapolis Global Headquarters. You will own IT planning for quarterly board meetings, manage high-profile events, and provide rapid, personalized support for devices and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years enterprise IT support experience.
• 5+ years white-glove support to C-level executives.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium IT support for CEO, Executive Committee, and assistants.
• Coordinate technology for Board meetings including travel and equipment.
• Execute IT support for high-profile events (meetings, town halls, investor meetings).
• Provide proactive, personalized support for laptops, mobile devices, conferencing systems and peripherals.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and assistants to anticipate needs.
