Job summary

Elanco is seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as a trusted technology partner to our executive leadership at the Global Headquarters in Indianapolis. This highly visible role provides white-glove IT support for the CEO, the Executive Committee, Board members, and assistants, while also serving as IT Site Owner for the Indianapolis campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise IT support experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience providing 'white-glove' IT support to C-level executives and their teams.
• Experience leading technical events and ensuring high-stakes board/ shareholder meeting support.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, hardware, networking, and basic AV.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium 'white-glove' IT support for CEO, Executive Committee, and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including offsite travel logistics.
• Lead IT execution for events like leadership meetings, town halls, and investor meetings.
• Provide proactive, personalized support for laptops, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and peripherals.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and administrative staff to tailor technology preferences.
• Oversee IT Site ownership for Elanco Global Headquarters in Indianapolis and maintain production readiness of spaces.
• Coordinate with Global IT for alignment with enterprise standards and manage vendor relationships.
