Job summary

Elanco, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Senior Director – Commercial IT Product Leader to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for customer-focused digital solutions across the commercial and marketing domain.

You will partner with executive leadership, lead cross-functional teams, and drive digital transformation to deliver meaningful business outcomes, while ensuring alignment with IT and business strategy; travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical and/or business field.
• Minimum 15 years of technology experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong product management and strategic leadership skills with proven leadership of teams.

Responsibilities
