Job summary

Brillio seeks a hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technology support for the Coppell headquarters and VIP users. You will troubleshoot a broad range of hardware, software, and networking issues and coordinate with global IT teams as needed.

The role focuses on onsite IT infrastructure, executive support, networking, AV, and Microsoft 365, with exposure to Azure cloud services, automation, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years IT support or workplace technology experience.
• Experience supporting executives or VIP users.
• Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Endpoint management, AD, MDM experience.
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
• Azure infrastructure familiarity and PowerShell preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch IT support for CEO, executives, and VIP users.
• Serve as primary onsite IT resource for Coppell office and US locations.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Ensure meeting spaces, AV, video systems are ready for events.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and device compliance in day-to-day operations.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and SLA-based resolutions.
