Job summary

Brillio is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technology support for our Coppell corporate office, including executive assistance and VIP users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and AV, while coordinating with global IT, Cloud, and Security teams.

You will focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and device management, with exposure to Copilot tools and AI-enabled workplace tech in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support or workplace technology experience.
• Experience supporting executives or VIP users.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, AV, and endpoints.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 components.
• Experience with endpoint management and device compliance.
• Familiarity with Azure, monitoring, and PowerShell appreciated.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch IT support for the CEO, executive leadership, and VIP users.
• Serve as primary onsite IT resource for the Coppell office and nearby locations.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and apps.
• Maintain AV and conference room functionality for meetings and events.
• Manage device lifecycle, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure services.
• Assist with Azure infrastructure, monitoring, and AI-enabled workplace tools.
• Document processes, maintain runbooks, and manage incidents within SLAs.
• Collaborate with remote engineering, security, and Digital Workplace teams as needed.
