Job summary

Hasbro is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Engineer - Executive Support to maintain and improve executive technology reliability, across devices, collaboration systems, and workplace environments.

You will serve as the main point of contact for executive space issues, travel to support events as needed, and partner with platform engineering, security, and facilities to deliver high-touch, confidential technical support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments or workplace technology systems.
• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, devices, and collaboration tools.
• Strong ability to diagnose complex executive technology issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-focused tech support for office, remote, and travel environments.
• Deliver white-glove support for executive workstations, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
• Prepare and support executive presentations and conference rooms and AV systems for meetings and events.
• Provide onsite tech support for executive meetings and leadership events.
• Travel to support executives at corporate offices, leadership meetings, and events.
• Collaborate with Assistants, Facilities, Security, AV teams, and Workplace Technology teams.
