Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT/desktop/endpoint support or similar.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS devices and M365.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Manage users, groups, permissions in AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune and SCCM; Apple device mgmt knowledge.
• Proactive issue prevention and executive-focused support.
• Knowledge of AI in enterprise support and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving, discretion, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and M365 apps.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software across devices and peripherals.
• Deliver high-touch support for executives and assistants onsite/remote/hybrid.
• Use monitoring, analytics, automation, and AI tools to preempt issues.
• Document workflows, create end-user guidance, and training materials.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, security, networking and vendor teams.
• Support executive meeting and AV needs, including room tech and video.
