Job summary
Airbnb is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Engineer based in San Francisco to join AirSupport. You will be one of the most senior technical individual contributors, owning complex executive technology issues end-to-end.
You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with executives and partners to deliver reliable, scalable executive experiences.
The role requires 8+ years of enterprise IT experience and a proactive, discreet approach to high-visibility situations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise IT support or related technical field, including executive support.
- Strong hands-on capability across multiple tech domains and executive environments.
- Knowledge of endpoints, collaboration platforms, identity/access, networking, and video conferencing/AV.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch technology support for Airbnb executives and Executive Business Partners.
- Troubleshoot endpoints, identity, connectivity, collaboration tools, AV, and workplace tech.
- Build trusted relationships with executives and partners while managing sensitive issues.
- Own or coordinate executive technology lifecycle needs (onboarding, offboarding, device transitions).
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and runbooks.
