Free Market Health is seeking an IT Support Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional technology support. You will serve as the primary contact for employees seeking technical assistance and will help ensure reliable access to the systems, devices, and applications they need to do their best work.

The ideal candidate mixes strong troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in supporting enterprise tech environments.
• Excellent customer service mindset with user-first approach.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to simplify technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS; knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin environments.
• Experience with Jira/Atlassian products and creating knowledge content.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting technology in HIPAA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee IT support requests within SLA expectations.
• Provide professional, white-glove technology support across the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
• Support infrastructure, end-user devices, and cloud applications access.
• Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Create and update IT support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring incidents and trends to prevent future issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Collaborate with Technology and business teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide guidance and consultation to teams on technology use.
