Job summary

Bowman Williams seeks an IT Support Specialist / VIP Desktop Support to join a Dallas MSP. You will be the onsite resource for a small executive office, delivering high-priority Windows and Microsoft 365 support, and handling iOS devices with white-glove service.

You will resolve issues in ConnectWise, document steps, and partner with senior engineers for complex tickets. This role is full-time and onsite in Uptown Dallas, with long-term growth in a stable MSP environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT Help Desk or Desktop Support.
• MSP experience is a plus.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Outlook.
• iOS and MS email/calendar synchronization.
• Basic networking/hardware knowledge.
• ConnectWise experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Uptown Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate high-priority IT support to a senior executive.
• Serve as onsite IT support resource for roughly 6–7 users.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and standard software issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, calendars, and contacts.
• Configure and troubleshoot iPhones and other iOS devices, focusing on email/calendar sync.
• Deliver white-glove service in a professional executive office setting.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ConnectWise.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
• Assist with workstation setup, software installations, and general end-user support.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and responsive daily IT operation.
