ICBD is seeking an Executive IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive IT, AV, and smart home system support for the Chairman and senior executives across residential and mobile locations, including an airplane and yacht. The role emphasizes discretion, proactive problem solving, and confidential handling of sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Jira, and automation tools, while maintaining network connectivity and coordinating across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT and A/V support at executive level with high discretion.
• Experience configuring smart home and networked devices.
• Proficient in Exchange Online administration and Office 365.Familiar with Jira, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong communication and proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain smart home devices and AV systems for executive operations.
• Set up and manage Exchange Online mail and licensing; use PowerShell for automation.
• Configure and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and workflows; develop Power Automate/Power Apps solutions.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and user roles; train teams on best practices.
• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot Starlink connectivity and network settings.
• Maintain device inventory and ensure secure data handling across locations.
