Chemours is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Technology team at the Wilmington, Delaware headquarters. This role provides discreet white-glove technology support for executives, manages device lifecycles, and ensures secure asset handling across the organization.

The position requires an Associate's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of direct IT support. Onsite, full-time work is required in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Professional IT support experience in a corporate or technical environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver discreet, white-glove technology support for executives and ensure meeting readiness.
• Manage device lifecycle and IT equipment inventory, setup, upgrades, and end-of-life processes.
• Coordinate secure packing, shipping, and asset distribution across the organization.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Live Events, and Town Hall environments.
• Train employees and support resources on technology usage and best practices.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and processes for technicians.
