Job summary

Chemours is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join the Headquarters IT team in Wilmington, DE. The role provides discreet, executive-level technology support, manages device lifecycles, and ensures secure handling of IT assets for a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will configure Teams Rooms and Live Events, train end users, and develop support documentation while aligning with global policies. This on-site position reports to the Northeast IT Leader.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of direct IT support experience in a corporate/technical environment.
• Strong technical skills supporting desktop hardware, peripherals, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and support resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide discreet white-glove technology support for executives, including proactive issue prevention and meeting readiness.
• Manage device lifecycle, staging center operations, deployment, and asset records.
• Coordinate secure packing/shipping/receiving of IT equipment and offboarding processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Live Events, and Town Hall environments.
• Train employees and end-user support resources on technology usage.
• Develop and maintain clear support documentation and processes for technicians.
• Adhere to established global policies and workflows across support areas.
• Advocate for customers and drive issues to resolution.
• Perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds; work onsite full time.
