Chemours is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join the headquarters IT team in Wilmington, DE. You will provide high‑touch support for executives and manage day-to-day IT operations, devices, and meetings.

You will configure Teams Rooms and Live Events, collaborate with IT teams, and document processes. The role requires 3+ years in corporate IT and an IT-related degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 3+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• Strong technical skills with desktop hardware and MS 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide discreet white-glove IT support for executives and meetings.
• Manage device lifecycle, staging, inventory and end-of-life processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, Live Events, Town Hall environments.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and processes.
