Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years in IT engineering or workplace technology environments.
• Experience supporting general end users and senior executives.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and mobile platforms.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, or similar).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting AV/conference room technologies (Teams Rooms).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience designing or optimizing endpoint/workplace technology solutions.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex problems.
• Experience influencing technology standards, processes, or architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for office technology (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, RF guns, conference rooms, networking equipment).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Manage device imaging, provisioning, lifecycle (onboarding, moves, changes, decommissions).
• Maintain conference room/AV technology for hybrid meetings.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching for endpoints.
• Collaborate with global teams and MSPs to resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor and maintain office network performance and escalate as needed.
• Document solutions, SOPs, and known issues.
• Seek operational improvements and drive enhancements.
• Evaluate and deploy new tools and technologies for executive productivity.
