Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a The Field IT Engineer – Executive Services to deliver high-touch technical support to executive leadership across macOS, iOS, iCloud, and Windows environments. This role emphasizes urgency, discretion, and precision in high-visibility situations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of end-user support across MAC, Windows and mobile (iOS/Android) devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite: OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with imaging computers and setting up printers/copiers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary technical support to end-users and executive staff (remote and in-office).
• Provide training and guidance to employees using company IT systems and software applications.
• Escalation point for facility and end user technical issues and incidents between facilities personnel, management, and IT.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; perform upgrades and replacements.
• Manage and support Outlook mail clients and Microsoft Collaboration tools such as Teams, Office 365, OneDrive, OneNote.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee IT infrastructure operations at corporate locations.
• Work with a ticketing system for assignments of end user requests.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
