Tishman Speyer is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver white-glove, real-time technical support to our Chief Executive Officer and senior executives. This role demands professionalism, responsiveness, and top-tier technical expertise to ensure seamless operation of all technology used by our executive team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience, 3+ years with executive/VIP support.
• Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, global settings.
• Expertise with Apple iOS devices and Apple ecosystem management.
• Strong MS 365 skills including Outlook, Teams, and OneNote; familiarity with Zoom and Diligent.
• Excellent troubleshooting, proactive problem solving, and confidentiality.
• Willingness for after-hours or weekend support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch, real-time IT support for executives.
• Manage and troubleshoot core apps and devices (Windows 11, iOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Diligent).
• Collaborate with admin and IT teams to minimize disruption.
• Configure devices, perform updates, and maintain system health.
• Offer on-site and remote support during travel and events.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay current with Apple iOS, Windows, and enterprise tools.
