Job summary

Axon seeks a Senior Director of Business Technology Solutions & Delivery to own the portfolio spanning sales, finance, and operations, and to lead BSA, PMO, and QA. You will align technology with business goals, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure reliable, scalable delivery across Axon’s critical platforms.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Engineering to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, business systems, or technology organizations.
• Experience running a portfolio in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and the portfolio governance that connects them.
• Run portfolio prioritization, project sequencing, and capacity planning across business functions.
• Provide executive leadership with real-time portfolio health, risk, and tradeoffs.
• Translate strategy into executable technology initiatives for business leaders.
• Build operating models and delivery standards to enable fast, reliable execution.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, testing, and release readiness.
• Champion product-led delivery, prototyping, and continuous feedback.
• Establish KPIs measuring portfolio performance and business impact.
• Lead and develop managers across three functions with succession planning.
• Shape IT-wide strategy as part of the Business Technology Leadership Team.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and AI teams to accelerate execution.
