Axon is seeking a Senior Director of IT Business Solutions & Delivery in Seattle, WA. You will own and optimize the portfolio across sales, finance, and operations, leading BSA, PMO, and QA to ensure reliable tech delivery.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Engineering to align roadmaps with business goals and drive scalable solutions. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise delivery with a strong executive partnership focus, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex programs with

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, business systems, or technology orgs.
Track record managing a portfolio in a complex enterprise with tradeoff discussions.
Strong executive partnership with Sales, Finance and Operations leaders.
Hands-on operational instinct and technical credibility with Eng/IT teams.

Responsibilities

Own the BSA, PMO, and QA orgs and their portfolio governance.
Lead portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning across functions.
Provide real-time portfolio health, risk, and tradeoff visibility to execs.
Translate strategy into executable IT initiatives for business leaders.
Build delivery standards and operating model for scalable growth.
Oversee end-to-end delivery, from requirements to release readiness.
Establish KPIs for portfolio performance, adoption, and impact.
