Axon seeks a Senior Director, Business Technology Solutions & Delivery to own the portfolio that translates Axon's strategy into delivered technology. You will lead BSA, PMO, and QA and partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to drive roadmaps and scalable business solutions.

You’ll build an operating model for fast growth, oversee end‑to‑end delivery, and establish KPIs measuring impact and quality. Hub‑based, hybrid schedule across major cities.

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, or IT organizations.
• Portfolio governance and prioritization experience in a multi‑stakeholder enterprise.
• Proven executive partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and the portfolio governance that connects them.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, project sequencing, and capacity planning across business functions.
• Provide executive leadership with real‑time portfolio visibility on health, risk and tradeoffs.
• Translate strategy into executable technology initiatives for business leaders.
• Establish delivery standards and operating model to balance speed with reliability.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery across requirements, testing, and release readiness.
