Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, or technology organizations.
• Proven portfolio management in a complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise with constrained resources.
• Executive partner who collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Hands‑on operational instinct; you can�t delegate your way out of ambiguity.
• Technical fluency that earns credibility with Engineering, Data, and IT teams.
• Experience bringing product‑management disciplines (user research, iteration, adoption metrics) into IT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and the portfolio governance.
• Run portfolio prioritization, project sequencing, and capacity planning across business functions.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, risk, and tradeoffs.
• Translate strategy into executable technology initiatives for leaders across functions.
• Build the operating model and delivery standards that enable fast growth with enterprise reliability.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery across requirements, testing, and release readiness.
