Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Director, Business Technology Solutions & Delivery to own the portfolio that translates Axon's strategy into delivered, reliable technology. You’ll lead the Business Solutions Architecture (BSA), PMO, and QA organizations—the three functions that shape how projects are prioritized, delivered, and trusted across Axon's platforms.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience and Engineering to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives,

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise delivery, PMO, business systems, or technology organizations.
• Track record running a portfolio in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise with constrained resources.
• Proven executive partner who collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive outcomes.
• Hands-on operational instinct and ability to translate strategy into executable IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the BSA, PMO, and QA organizations and portfolio governance.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning across functions.
• Provide real-time portfolio health, risk, and tradeoff visibility to executives.
• Translate business strategy into actionable technology initiatives and roadmaps.
• Build delivery standards and an operating model for rapid growth without sacrificing reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements, testing, and release readiness.
• Champion product-led delivery practices and measurable KPIs for portfolio performance.
• Develop managers across three functions and shape IT-wide strategy as a leadership team member.
