Job summary

FTAI Aviation is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to anchor executive technology support at our New York City headquarters, delivering outstanding service to staff across sites. This role combines deep technical range with executive presence and discretion.

You will manage the executive hot-spare device program, lead 24/7 coverage, oversee onboarding, device provisioning, and on-call rotations, and support board meetings, earnings calls, and investor events as part of a SOX-regulated

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT end-user computing or service delivery.
• 3+ years supporting executives or VIPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows 11.
• Experience with Autopilot provisioning and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong executive presence, discretion and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive white-glove support on the embedded executive floor, owning issues through to resolution.
• Cover day shift of the 24/7 executive support pod and drive resolution within SLA.
• Deliver remote and on-site end-user support to HQ staff across departments and sites.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex end-user issues with the MSP.
• Manage onboarding, device provisioning, and access requests to SOX standards.
