Job summary

AlignLayerNine seeks an Executive Technology Concierge to be the first point of contact for principal families and their assistants. You will triage, resolve, and prevent tech issues across devices, networks, and services while protecting privacy and maintaining discretion.

You will source and configure devices, manage data migrations, and oversee a private-client protection program including identity monitoring and password manager rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting executives or VIPs directly.
• Fluent in macOS, iOS, Windows and MS 365 or Google Workspace.
• Security-minded with identity protection, MFA, phishing awareness.
• Calm, polished under pressure with clients.
• Absolutely discreet and trustworthy with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer the line and be the named, first-ring contact for principals, family members, and assistants.
• Triage in the moment, apply a workaround, then perform deep fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot laptops, phones, home networks, AV, email, travel connectivity, and more.
• Source, purchase, configure, and deliver devices/services within spend authority; manage data migration and retirement.
• Run the private-client protection program: data broker removal, dark web monitoring, password manager rollout, SIM PINs, and more.
• Spot and stop social engineering, wire fraud, and impersonation attempts aimed at principals or staff.
• Coordinate with service desk, field techs, and engineers while keeping clients as single point of contact; document requests in ticketing.
