Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads) in a corporate environment.
• 2+ years as a Level-2 Support Technician in a corporate help desk.
• 1+ year working with IT asset management / inventory tracking systems.
• 1+ year experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• 1+ year of AV operations or event support in a corporate setting.
• Experience troubleshooting Google Meet Series One devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Be the escalation point for L1 support and ensure weekly tasks are completed.
• Troubleshoot and support Mac & Windows corporate devices and escalate complex issues.
• Provide face-to-face and virtual support for hardware and software issues.
• Deliver white-glove support to Executive users in high-touch environments.
• Support end-user devices across Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, iOS and Android.
• Troubleshoot apps like Zoom, Google Suite, Jamf, Intune and other corporate apps.
