Job summary

Technogen, Inc. seeks a Lead AV / Conference Technology Technician to manage on-site operation, maintenance, and user support for roughly 80 Microsoft Teams conference rooms and the integrated webcast studio in Rockville, MD.

You will lead daily room readiness and incident response, and own the technical content behind recurring reporting, inventory, and SOP deliverables. This on-site, long-term role requires the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, with hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Experience operating Microsoft Teams Rooms and Poly Studio hardware in enterprise settings.
• Background in webcast/broadcast environments using professional AV controllers.
• Strong documentation and status reporting skills with ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and ensure conference rooms and webcast studio are ready for meetings.
• Provide pre-meeting setup and on-site support for hybrid events and webcasts.
• Respond to user requests within minutes and manage conference-room tickets.
• Schedule events, maintain calendars, and relay access details to participants.
• Lead the AV support team and train new Technicians.
