Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Senior AV Specialist to provide on-site support for enterprise conference rooms, executive spaces, and collaboration environments in Washington, DC. Bring 6–8 years of hands-on AV experience, independently manage incidents, and deliver a white-glove experience for leaders.

Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems; supporting Teams, Zoom, and WebEx; configuring Crestron/Extron control systems; and coordinating with IT

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on AV experience in corporate environments.
• Experience with conference rooms, executive boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.
• Strong troubleshooting across audio, video, control systems, and signal flow.
• Familiarity with Crestron and Extron control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite AV support for corporate conference rooms and executive meeting spaces.
• Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for meetings, presentations, and hybrid sessions.
• Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot AV control systems such as Crestron and Extron.
• Deliver white-glove AV support for executives and high-visibility meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AV incidents during meetings and events.
• Proactively identify and resolve AV issues to minimize downtime.
