Job summary

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health is seeking an on-site part-time support specialist in the SF Bay Area to provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team. You will manage AV for all-hands meetings, distribute laptops, and grant access to Okta, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.

The role requires daily commuting to the SF office, with parking included. You will handle on-site troubleshooting and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth executive operations.

Qualifications

• Experience providing executive support to C-level leadership.
• Strong ability to manage AV for all-hands meetings and events.
• Experience provisioning laptops and granting access to Okta, Jira, Slack and Google Workspace.
• Must reside in SF Bay Area or be willing to commute daily; parking is provided.
