Job summary

ICBD is seeking an Executive IT Support Technician in Fort Lauderdale to provide comprehensive IT and A/V support for the Chairman, executives, and staff across multiple residences and mobile locations. The role emphasizes discretion, proactive problem-solving, and secure handling of sensitive information.

You will manage smart home devices, AV systems, email flow, SharePoint, Jira, and network configurations, ensuring seamless operations and high availability for executive needs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives or a family office is a plus.
• Strong communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to manage multiple residences and mobile locations with reliable IT support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain smart home devices across multiple locations.
• Manage AV systems for virtual meetings and conferencing platforms.
• Set up and manage Exchange Online mailboxes and licensing; automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Configure SharePoint sites and workflows using Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Administer Jira boards and provide user training for project management.
• Maintain network connectivity and hardware inventory across locations.
