Job summary

Asure Software in Austin seeks an experienced A/V Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT and A/V assistance during executive meetings and events. You will also support internal IT by managing workstations, printers, and related hardware/software, while ensuring remote and on-site coverage as needed.

The role requires strong MS 365 knowledge (Exchange/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive), top-tier communication, and a willingness to work outside normal hours for executive meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Proficient knowledge of setting up A/V equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver top-tier technical support to the C-level team.
• Occasional after-hours availability for executive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, hands-on IT, A/V, and software support for meetings and events.
• Set up and support board meetings, virtual conferences, and town halls.
• Handle onsite and remote support cases via phone, email, and ticket systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Diagnose hardware issues with A/V systems, workstations, and printers.
