E78 is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to provide executive-level technical assistance in our Oakbrook Terrace office. The role emphasizes AV support, Microsoft applications, and hardware procurement.

You will mentor junior staff, manage licenses, and ensure smooth operations for the executive team with white-glove service. This role includes remote desktop and on-site support, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with IT to keep corporate systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong background in audio-visual technology and conferencing systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Proficient with Adobe products (Acrobat, Creative Cloud).
Experience with hardware procurement and setup.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to mentor junior staff and manage priorities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove, executive-focused IT support for the C-suite and senior management.
Troubleshoot AV equipment and conference room systems, projectors, and video tools.
Provide Microsoft 365 and Adobe product support to staff.
