Job summary

Texas Association of School Boards is seeking an IT Support Analyst III in Austin to provide advanced end-user technical support and own audiovisual services. You’ll manage user access, hardware and conference room tech, and ensure issues are resolved securely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on AV support and strong Windows/AD/O365 skills, with hybrid work options for qualified roles and a focus on service excellence for Texas school districts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of end-user technical support in a Microsoft environment (Windows 11, AD, Entra ID, Office 365).
• 2+ years of hands-on audiovisual support and meeting/conference tech.
• CTS or CompTIA A+ certification/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track service requests using Team Dynamix from receipt to resolution.
• Assist users with basic to complex questions related to hardware and software in Windows.
• Manage user account lifecycle including creation, modification and deactivation.
• Install and maintain audiovisual equipment and conferencing systems.
• Provide troubleshooting to minimize downtime and support meetings and events.
• Take ownership of incidents until resolved and coordinate with other teams.
