Qualifications

• Licensed in Maryland for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.
• 3+ years experience managing complex commercial or personal lines accounts.
• Strong client negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agency management software and digital applications.

• Track record of growing a book of business through referrals and community engagement.
• Understanding of Maryland insurance regulations and regional market trends.
