This hybrid role requires 10+ years in senior HR leadership, deep workforce planning, and a proven track record driving change across a dispersed, hourly and seasonal workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior HR leadership, partnering with executives on business results, not just HR process.
• Experience with workforce planning and org design—building org structures, career frameworks, and staffing models for fast growth.
• Strong business acumen—translate operating/financial performance into talent decisions.
• Strong AI fluency to make work more effective and efficient, with an experimentation mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills across analytical environments.
