• Frame org design options and lead change management to accelerate speed and reduce friction.
• Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership-team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards and People Analytics teams.
• Use AI tools and people analytics to identify trends and drive engagement and retention.
