Intuit, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead talent strategy for senior leaders in a high-growth environment. You will shape people plans, coach leadership teams, and drive AI-enabled workforce decisions across key client groups.

You will partner across Talent Acquisition, Development, and Analytics to align strategy with business goals, delivering measurable improvements in engagement and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR partnering directly with executives on business results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong business acumen to translate objectives into talent and org decisions.
• AI fluency and an experimentation mindset for using AI in work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client group leaders to shape talent plans and in-year priorities.
• Identify skills and capabilities needed next and build hiring, development, and retention plans with AI-first criteria.
• Frame org design options to increase speed and reduce friction; lead change across the client group.
• Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership-team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and People Analytics to deliver the full function.
• Use data and AI to spot trends and drive measurable engagement and leadership capability improvements.
