Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR partnering with executives on business results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong business acumen to translate objectives into talent and org decisions.
• AI fluency and an experimentation mindset in daily work.
• Experience building annual org strategy and talent plans with clear priorities.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience framing organizational design options to accelerate work.
• Experience diagnosing leadership team capability at senior levels.
• Track record leading change and building change leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to shape talent plans and in-year priorities.
• Identify required skills and build hiring, development and retention plans with AI-first metrics.
• Frame org design options and lead change management across client groups.
• Coach senior leaders to improve prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and People Analytics to deliver impact.
• Leverage data to drive engagement, mobility, and leadership capability improvements.
