Job summary

Intuit, a global platform company, seeks an experienced Senior HR leader to partner with the executive team and shape talent strategy for the Expert Network within the Consumer Group. Based in our San Diego office, this hybrid role sits at the center of AI-driven transformation, leadership, and workforce planning.

You will coach senior leaders, build scalable people systems, and drive high-performing teams while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior HR leadership partnering with executives.
• Experience with workforce planning and org design for rapid headcount growth.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into talent decisions.
• High AI fluency to leverage AI-enabled work and experimentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication, potentially from strategy/consulting.
• Track record of transformational change and building capability in others.
• Data-driven decision-making across engagement, mobility, and retention.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across HR (talent acquisition, compensation, development).
• Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape the Expert Network's talent strategy and in-year outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to senior executives, unlocking leadership potential in the era of AI.
• Collaborate with HR functions to design and scale people systems for a large network.
• Identify, develop, and hire senior talent with AI-first hiring rubrics and goals.
• Build high-performing executive teams and drive organizational velocity.
• Role-model behaviors and values to create a high-velocity culture across seasonal and year-round staff.
• Drive AI-powered work and strategic workforce planning with People & Places teams.
• Leverage dashboards to turn quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
