Job summary

FedEx is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR partnerships across the organization, collaborating with senior business leaders to align talent strategy with core business objectives and workforce planning.

You will provide leadership across the HRBP team, translating enterprise HR strategies into actionable people solutions that enable operational excellence and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
• Experience partnering with executive/senior leaders on workforce strategy and talent management
• Experience leading an HR Business Partner team across functions or geographies
• Preferred experience supporting engineering, operations, or corporate functions

Responsibilities

• Act as primary strategic thought partner to senior business leadership; align people strategies with business goals and workforce needs
• Lead the HRBP team to execute a portfolio of talent projects including leadership succession and organizational restructuring
• Partner with leaders to design and implement strategic workforce plans and organizational designs
• Provide analysis of financial and market data to identify root causes of performance gaps
• Oversee complex employee and labor relations, coordinating with Legal and Employee Relations
• Translate enterprise HR strategies into business-specific execution plans
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and organizational change
• Lead change initiatives and ensure adoption of new ways of working
• Judiciously assess divisional requests to promote core enterprise talent solutions
