Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and managers.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate HR data into business recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and employee engagement.
• Support performance management processes and coach managers on feedback, goal setting, and performance improvement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution.
• Partner with leaders on organizational development, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver solutions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen culture and retention.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain understanding of business operations and identify people-related opportunities and risks.
• Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
