Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (required)
• MBA, Master's degree, or advanced HR qualification (preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Finance, Legal, Corporate Functions, or other professional services organizations within complex global environments.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership coaching, and change management.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and influence strategic business and talent decisions.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformations, organizational restructuring, or separation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience operating effectively within highly matrixed global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to Finance and Legal leadership teams, providing strategic counsel on organizational and talent-related matters.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies that support business objectives, including talent planning, succession management, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and implement solutions that enhance performance and business outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts related to organizational transformations, business restructuring, separation activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on talent management, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Leverage workforce analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making and proactively address talent risks and opportunities.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes to strengthen leadership pipelines and ensure organizational continuity.
• Support efforts to build an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture across Finance and Legal organizations.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and HR governance requirements across applicable jurisdictions.
