Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years progressive HR experience including business partnering.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence leaders.
• Ability to translate talent topics into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead global BUHR finance HR programs aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with Finance to translate HR initiatives into financial outcomes.
• Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and organization design.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
