You will work closely with the People & Places organization to shape talent decisions, drive faster decision cycles, and enable a high-velocity culture across seasonal and year-round employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior HR leadership, partnering with executives on business results.
• Experience with workforce planning and org design to scale headcount.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into talent decisions.
• High AI fluency with an experimentation mindset for HR teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication in analytical environments.
• Proven ability to drive transformational change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Business partner with the senior executive team to define talent strategy and in-year outcomes.
• Executive coach to senior leaders, building trust and coaching for AI-driven changes.
• Cross-functional design with Talent, Compensation, Development to scale the network.
• Talent steward: identify, develop and hire senior talent with AI-first rubrics.
• Build high-performing executive teams and foster a fast, engaged culture.
• Drive AI-powered work and strategic workforce planning across Expert Network.
• Leverage data and dashboards to turn insights into people actions.
