Job summary

Intuit is seeking a strategic leader to design and drive AI-driven operating rhythms for its Technology organization. You will partner with senior leaders to embed AI into decision making, insight generation, and automation, accelerating leadership processes across the Tech ecosystem.

The role focuses on building scalable AI-powered templates and tools, guiding cross-functional programs, and fostering adoption of AI-driven change across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize AI-first mechanisms to improve efficiency and decision velocity.
• Collaborate with CTO, Tech Leaders, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in leadership processes.
• Evolve Tech Tuesday and other operating rhythm mechanisms using AI to surface trends and signals.
• Build cross-functional programs that strengthen alignment, accountability and execution.
• Partner with design, data, and engineering to evolve leadership artifacts surfaced by AI tools.
• Create and scale AI-enabled templates, workflows, and tools to standardize best practices.
