Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in Core HCM configuration in Workday.
• 5+ years of experience in HR systems / People Technology, with strong Workday Core HCM depth.
• Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in daily analyst work and able to speak to specific examples of how AI has changed the way you work.
• A People Technology mindset that extends beyond Workday, with curiosity about adjacent systems and integrations.
• Expertise in analyzing and understanding people-related data and tools.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Intuit's people strategy to build Core HR technology solutions.
• Design innovative, industry-leading Core HR solutions using a Data by Design mindset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback and continuously improve design and functionality.
• Work with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive experience across People Technology solutions.
• Proactively identify where AI and automation can streamline Core HR processes, testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools in day-to-day work to increase speed and quality, and share learnings with the team.
• Connect Core HR decisions to the broader People Technology ecosystem, anticipating upstream and downstream impacts.
• Hands-on configuration of Workday Core HCM solutions.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in Workday and Core HR, as well as AI and HR technology.
