• Identify and size high-value P&P workflows for agentic reimagination.
• Define what work is offloaded to agents vs human-led.
• Build and maintain a prioritized workflow redesign roadmap.
• Partner with COEs and HRBPs to scale innovation.
• Lead and integrate the Process & Experience Design team.
• Define metrics and scalable operating rhythms for adoption.
