Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner-Executive Director to lead workforce strategy, talent systems, and organizational effectiveness for a large business unit. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable people outcomes and establish a disciplined operating rhythm across talent, performance, and organizational decisions.

This role requires executive-level influence, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to activate enterprise HR

Qualifications

Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into workforce actions.
Experience influencing senior leaders and driving enterprise HR outcomes.
Proven data-driven problem solving and execution discipline.
Experience with enterprise talent systems and HR operating models.

Responsibilities

Lead and translate business strategy into workforce priorities and leadership capability to drive measurable outcomes.
Partner with senior leaders to establish operating rhythm, governance, and ownership of talent decisions.
Drive adoption of enterprise HR products and talent systems at scale to improve organizational performance.
Build and maintain talent reviews, succession plans, and workforce planning in alignment with business needs.
Coach leaders to create accountability for people outcomes and organizational health.
