Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a transformative leader to helm Global HR Operations & HR Technology.

As Vice President, you will direct payroll, colleague experience, HR technology, employee relations, and policy governance at a global scale, partnering with the CHRO and executive team. You will drive multi-year transformations, modernize Workday and ServiceNow, leverage AI and analytics, improve service quality and compliance, and build leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in global HR operations, shared services, or HR transformation environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale HR operating model and service delivery transformation.
• Experience overseeing global payroll, HR technology, and employee services at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR operations, payroll, colleague experience, HR technology, employee and labor relations, and HR policy governance.
• Drive a multi-year transformation agenda focused on simplification, standardization, responsible AI, self-service, and automation.
• Improve service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and colleague experience across a global workforce.
• Lead the evolution of Workday, ServiceNow, and digital HR capabilities to deliver measurable business value.
• Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Legal, Global Business Services, and regional HR leaders.
• Own the enterprise HR budget, operating performance, and continuous improvement priorities.
• Coordinate key priorities and execution across the CHRO office and HR leadership team.
• Develop and mentor a team of senior global HR leaders while strengthening succession and organizational capability.
